TK Vanilla is slightly different from gourmet vanilla because of its lower damp rate. Some red line appears on it.
It has a reddish and flexible aspect with a presence of striation all along of its body.
It is slightly drier than Europe extraction type but they almost have the same vanilline level.
It is constituted by flaw vanilla or/and prepared short vanilla beans.

It is made of crushed vanilla. There is 3 types: the premium (1% to 2% of vanilline rate), the 1st category (0,5% to 1%) and the poor category (0 to 0,5%).
